By purchasing from Magtag.co.uk, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Orders and Payment

All orders are processed through secure payment systems (Square).
Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes where indicated.
Payment must be completed before the order is dispatched.
Magtag.co.uk reserves the right to cancel orders in case of payment failure or suspected fraud.

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Tuesday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Estimated delivery: 5–7 working days from order placement.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Magtag.co.uk is not liable for parcels lost due to incorrect information.

UK customers have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receipt, without reason. Notification must be sent via email to info@magtag.co.uk.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition for a refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent incorrectly.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days after we receive and inspect returned items.

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, contact info@magtag.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence.
Magtag.co.uk will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs if applicable.

Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible for a return.

Magtag.co.uk is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss once the product has been shipped.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
