Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing and Dispatch
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Tuesday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Method and Delivery
All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Estimated delivery timeframe:
- Processing time: 1–2 working days
- Delivery after dispatch: 2–3 working days
- Total estimated delivery window: 5–7 working days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Magtag.co.uk is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, including operational issues, weather, or peak periods.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and must be paid by the customer. We do not offer free shipping.
4. Delivery Issues
All shipments are handled by Royal Mail. If your tracking shows your order has been delivered but you have not received it:
- Check with household members, neighbours, or any designated safe place for delivery.
- Contact Royal Mail directly using your tracking number.
- If the issue remains unresolved, contact info@magtag.co.uk within 48 hours of the delivery confirmation for assistance.
MagTag.co.uk cannot be held responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. International shipments are not available.
🔄 Returns Policy
1. Right to Cancel
UK customers have the legal right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the items, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us by email within the 14-day period.
You then have a further 14 days to return the items to us.
2. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
We reserve the right to reduce or refuse a refund if items are returned in a condition that does not meet these requirements.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent incorrectly, customers are responsible for all costs of returning items. We recommend using a tracked service, as Magtag.co.uk cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
- Refunds will be issued within 5–10 working days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
5. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence. We will offer a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs where applicable.
6. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Normal wear and tear
